1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Eightysevenpins website and platform (together, the "Services"), operated by Eightysevenpins Pty Ltd ("Eightysevenpins", "we", "us" or "our"). The Services, including our platform, all software, content, design and the Eightysevenpins name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Eightysevenpins and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

5. The platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Spatial and mapping data may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision. The Services do not constitute professional, legal, surveying or engineering advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eightysevenpins is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Eightysevenpins against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
